Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government issued identification to reserve a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued photo identification.
Drinks brought into the hotel can only be consumed in the privacy of your guestroom. Outside drinks are not permitted in the hotel's public areas, including the lobby, corridors, Ella's Table Restaurant and Bar, and meeting venues.
Package Handling Policy
Small packages can be sent to the hotel at no cost and will be delivered to the guests sleeping or meeting room as noted under "Attention:" on the package. Larger shipments may be subject to a Package Handling Fee to be determined by the hotel on a case by case basis. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Outgoing packages may be sent from the hotel; however, the guest is responsible for any fees and must establish a form of payment before the packages are mailed.
We welcome dogs and cats under 40 pounds. Guests must inform the front desk at check-in and fill out a pet waiver. Pets may not be left alone in a guest room at any time. A 200 USD cleaning and repair fee may be applied to the credit card on file should any necessary additional cleaning or repairs be found during or after a guest’s departure.

Credit Card Policy
A credit card authorization for a third-party reservation must be requested at least 72 hours before a guest’s arrival. A request for a credit card authorization will not be accepted at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
