Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Special Conditions
Limited Resort Facilities: January 1 - July 31, 2013
From January 1 to July 31, 2013, some of our facilities and services will be temporarily unavailable. However, guests will be able to enjoy Feast restaurant, Yue restaurant, The Lobby Lounge, Sheraton Fitness, the indoor swimming pool, Shine Spa for Sheraton™ and the banquet facilities. Please contact the resort for further information.
Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Credit Card Policy
Credit card authorization forms are accepted via fax only. A signed payment authorization form, along with a copy of the credit card (front and back), must be provided prior to check-in. Please contact the resort for additional information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available for a fee. Please contact the resort for further information.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Gift certificate reservations are subject to room availability. A valid voucher much be presented upon check-in.
Late Check-out Policy
Based on availability, late check-out (after 12pm) is possible for a fee. For check-outs before 6pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Check-outs after 6pm will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Visa Policy
A valid visa is required for a foreign visitor to enter into China.
