Connecting Room Policy
We honor requests for connecting rooms when possible, subject to availability. Connecting options are between rooms with two double beds and one king-size bed. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds can be arranged in guest rooms with king-size beds and in all suites, fees may apply. We also offer cribs, which can be set up in all guest rooms and suites.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel is pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request, subject to availability. A guest arriving before 10am must reserve the room for the previous night at the full room rate to guarantee an early check-in.
Early Departure Policy
Checkout dates are confirmed at check-in. Departures prior to the scheduled date may be subject to a 50 USD early departure fee.
A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts may be requested and are subject to availability. For checkouts between 1pm and 3pm, a fee of 50 USD applies. After 3pm, the full room rate applies.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
A 5 USD handling fee applies for each package received at hotel. There is no fee for outgoing packages. Please contact hotel for group package arrangements.
We welcome one dog weighing up to 50 pounds per room. A non-refundable cleaning fee of 50 USD will be charged per stay. Guests must also sign our Pet Waiver which includes acceptance of financial responsibility for possible damages, a notice of hotel areas where pets are not allowed, and an agreement that the pet will not be left unattended in guest room. Restrictions do not apply to service animals.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Should evidence of smoking be found in a guest room, a cleaning fee of 200 USD will apply.
Check-cashing services are not available at the hotel.
Certified personal checks are accepted only as final payment for guest charges. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. Should you wish to make pre-payment by check, please contact our Accounting Department at least two weeks in advance.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Tax Exempt Policy
Individuals traveling on business for, and employed by, either the U.S. Federal Government or the State of California may be exempt from the hotel occupancy tax. A valid ID verifying government employment must be presented, and a Tax Exemption Form must be completed. Government contractors as well as employees of states other than California or local government entities are not eligible for tax-exempt status.
