Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

The resort features the following connecting option: 

• Deluxe King to Deluxe Twin

Connecting rooms are subject to availability at time of check-in. Please request connecting accommodations at the time of the reservation.

Rollaway beds are permitted in the Island Cottages, Beachfront Cottages, Water Suites and Deluxe Rooms with a King bed . A maximum of one rollaway bed is allowed per cottage. Fees apply.

Children under the age of 8 cannot be accommodated in the resort’s Water Bungalows, Water Villas, Water Suites, and Ocean Pool Villas due to their designs and layouts. A child above the age of 8 is allowed in one of these accommodations when staying with a parent, with a maximum of two guests per room, including the child.Children who are 11 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs may incur extra charges.

All the accommodation including the Beachfront Deluxe, Water Bungalow, Water Villa and Ocean Villa can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. No extra bed can be added in the room due to space constraints.

For families with children, the suitable choices of accommodations are the Island Cottage or the Beachfront Cottage. We allow a maximum of two adults and two children per room. Only one extra bed can be placed in these cottages.

Early check-in between 8am and 2pm will be subject to room availability at the time of arrival and cannot be guarantee. In case of early arrival before 8am, an additional night must be pre-booked to secure room availability. Please contact the hotel for more information on early check-in options for specific arrival dates.

Early departures will be treated as cancellations and will result in a 100% cancellation fee for all remaining accommodation dates.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

The standard checkout time is noon. We are pleased to offer late checkouts for an additional fee. For checkouts between 12pm and 6pm, a fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will apply. For checkout after 6pm, a fee equal to the full daily room rate will apply. Please contact the resort for more information on late checkouts on specific departure dates.

Because of the resort’s unique location, certain areas and facilities are not fully accessible to guests with disabilities. For more information, please contact the resort.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid photo identification). Alcohol must be consumed within the resort area.

The following items are prohibited in the Maldives and will be retained at customs upon arrival: religious materials offensive to Islam, idols for worship, pornographic materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, arms, alcohol and spirits, pork and its byproducts, dogs, and dangerous animals.

Babysitting service is available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Fees apply.

Due to Maldives' tropical climate and resort location, smart or casual wear is acceptable throughout the resort. However, footwear is requested to be worn in all restaurants. In addition:

• Swim suits must be covered in all restaurants
• Wet towels or clothing are not permitted in any restaurants

Pets are not allowed

Parties and private events are strictly prohibited in our guest rooms. Each room can accommodate up to three adults. To arrange an event, please email our reservations team.

Due to safety and privacy concerns for our guests, the resort prohibits the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones on or above the island and resort by the general public — including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists.

This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within the resort area boundaries. This prohibition extends to any devices launched or operated from the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa property, as well as any launched from private property outside of the resort area boundaries. Please contact the resort if you have any questions regarding the operation of such devices within the area boundary.

Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors in any of the accommodations. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces or balconies of the villas. Smoking is also permitted in designated public areas within the resort.

The resort does not offer check cashing services.

A valid credit card must be presented and authorized at check-in. All major credit cards are accepted except Diners Club. Please contact the resort for further information.

The resort accepts cash payments in U.S. dollars and euros only. Additionally, foreign currency exchange is available at the resort for major international currencies. Due to rules established by Maldivian banks, the resort is not able to accept USD notes from the 1990s or any note that is damaged (e.g., torn, dirty, pen marks). The resort does not accept traveler’s checks.

The resort will arrange combined speedboat transfers to and from Male International Airport and the fee is 136 USD per person (inclusive of the 12% GST and 10% Service Charge). International flight details are required to arrange transfers.
