Guests must be 19 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by an adult.
Connecting Room Policy
Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms. To ensure availability, contact the hotel with your request as early as possible prior to arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are free of charge. Rollaway beds are available by request; however, availability is not guaranteed. Rollaways are not allowed in rooms with two double beds. Restrictions apply to other rooms as well. Please contact the reservations department for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children 18 years and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Children 5 years and under eat free from Kid's Menu. Kid's Menu is available for children 12 and under.
We do accept waitlist reservations. Please contact the hotel directly.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification). Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming packages. The fee is 3 CAD per package plus 15% Harmonized Sales Tax.
The hotel accepts dogs that weigh 80 lbs or less. Guests must sign waiver upon check-in regarding damage and cleaning details. Available amenities include: Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed, Sheraton dog bowl and mat, "dog in room" sign, and pet welcome kit.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 230 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
The hotel only accepts company checks with prior approval by the billing department.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit and Credit/Debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
We accept all major credit cards and cash (with deposit). All Direct Bill Accounts and Purchase Orders must be pre-approved through our accounting department.
