Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to be a registered guest. Guests are required to present valid ID at check-in to show proof of age.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can not be guaranteed. However, the hotel will do its absolute best to accommodate all requests. Parties wishing to occupy connecting or adjoining rooms must all be present at check-in together for the hotel to accommodate the request to ensure privacy for all guests. Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel does not offer waitlists.

Early Arrival Policy

Early Departure Policy
Please verify check-out date at time of check-in. Early departure fees will apply for checking out before the departure date confirmed at check-in. For additional information, please contact the Front Desk.
A valid government issued picture ID (drivers license, passport, etc.) must be shown at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are available depending on room type and date requested. Please contact the front desk of hotel for availability and costs.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information and to secure a wheelchair or handicap accessible room, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We permit one dog up to 40 pounds is allowed. Guest must sign a liability waiver at check-in. There is no up-front fee for having a dog in the room, however a special cleaning fee may be charged if extra cleaning services are needed. The dog must be with the guest at all times and is not to be left in the room unattended. The dog is not allowed in any food and beverage areas, including the pool areas. The use of the indoor and outdoor pools is restricted to registered hotel guests only. The pool areas are not rented or used for pool parties. Please contact the hotel directly with further questions.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Electronic cigarette usage is not permitted in public spaces or in guest rooms. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this smoking policy. Smoking is permitted outside of the building. Please see the front desk with additional questions.
Check cashing services are not available. For your convenience there is an ATM located adjacent to the restaurant.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
The credit card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept their credit card as a form of payment.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be made in advance by calling (262) 364-1007. Please advise the reservation agent that you will be redeeming a gift certificate. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The original gift certificate, photo ID and the method of payment for incidental charges will be required upon check-in.
For guests paying with cash, the amount due upon check-in is the total stay amount plus 20 USD for incidentals; otherwise a credit card is required. The 20 USD will be returned at check-out if unused.
