Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with government -issued photo identification to reserve a room.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed. In order to accommodate the request, occupants for both rooms must check-in together.

Credit Card Policy

The credit card holder must be present for hotel to accept the credit card as a method of payment.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of 50 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Extra Bedding Policy

Extra beds are available for a fee on a first come first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed. Extra beds/cots are not allowed in rooms with 2 double beds due to the size of the room.

Family Plan Policy

Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Pet Policy

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of two dogs weighing up to 40 pounds each. Service animals are permitted. Cats may be permitted with prior approval from hotel management (please contact the hotel directly). A liability waiver must be signed at check-in. No deposit is required. A fee may be charged to cover damages or extra cleaning. Guests will also receive the following:

  • Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Dog Bed
  • Sheraton Dog Bowl and Mat
  • “Dog in Room” Sign
  • Pet Welcome Kit

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in for all reservations. We do not accept cash at check-in. Guests may pay with cash or debit card upon check out; however credit card funds will be held until checkout.

Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest’s expenses must be arranged directly with the hotel. Please call (800) 668-1444 for assistance, prior to the guests' arrival.

Pool Policy

The pool is not supervised and there is no lifeguard on duty.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area.
  • Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room.

Visa/Passport Policy

New passport restrictions for air, land and sea travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State Website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
