Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Alcoholic beverages not purchased in the hotel are not permitted on site. The hotel reserves the right to search all coolers/containers entering the building to enforce this policy. Alcoholic Beverages may not be consumed in the swimming pool area.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age to check into the hotel without being accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 14 may not be left in a guest room unaccompanied by an adult.
Personal checks are not an accepted method of payment. Business checks may be accepted with valid credit card back-up and prior approval.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of connecting rooms. We will do our very best to honor all requests for connecting rooms; however, we are unable to guarantee availability.
The hotel only accepts US Dollars. No other currency is accepted or may be exchanged.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 50 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. No refund will be provided for early departures when using pre-paid, non-refundable rates. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
We will do our very best to accommodate arrivals before 4pm. In the event that a room is unavailable, the hotel will gladly check your luggage until your room becomes available.

Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact our Guest Services Team.

Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all registered hotel guests. Guests paying cash must provide a photocopy of their drivers license.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is offered based upon availability. Late checkout fees may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel does not tolerate excessive noise or disturbances from guest rooms. If a noise complaint is received, guests may or may not receive one warning to cease the offending activity. If the hotel receives another complaint, guests will be asked to leave the hotel and forfeit any payment due for the room, including the deposit.
Parties and gatherings in sleeping rooms are not permitted. The maximum occupancy for all guest rooms and suites is four adults. If more than four adults are found in a guest room or suite, all unregistered guests will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
Dogs up to 50 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations at check-in. Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times on a leash or in a crate. Pets can not be left unattended in the guest room under any circumstance.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
No lifeguard is on duty; guests swim at their own risk. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted in the pool without the supervision of an adult. Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times. Locker rooms are provided for your convenience.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Suites are intended for residential purposes only, and parties and gatherings are not permitted.
Tax Exempt Policy
State and local government employees with valid government identification and a valid hotel occupancy tax exemption certificate may be tax exempt. Exemption certificates must be presented to the front desk at time of check-in and may not be accepted after check-in is complete.
