Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs are available in guest rooms with a king-size bed, subject to availability. A 20 USD nightly fee applies for rollaway beds. Baby cribs are provided for no charge.

Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a charge of one day's room rate.

Package Handling Policy
The hotel accepts packages that are clearly addressed to guests who are currently in the hotel or are arriving within three days. All other packages will be refused. The hotel does not assume any liability and is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Packages can be picked up at our Bell Staff Desk between the hours of 7am and 9pm daily. A daily fee per package is assessed based on weight:
4 USD for packages up to 8 pounds (up to 3.63 kilograms)
8 USD for packages of 8 to 16 pounds (3.64 to 7.27 kilograms)
12 USD for packages of 16 to 24 pounds (7.28 to 10.9 kilograms)
25 USD for packages of 25 to 70 pounds (11.36 to 31.8 kilograms)

Dogs up to 40 pounds are permitted and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Beds are provided. Guests must sign a pet waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage. Pets are not to be left unattended in the guestroom.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise disturbance is reported, a member of our staff will issue a warning. If three warnings are issued, the guest may be asked to vacate the property at the properties' discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. This non-smoking policy includes electronic cigarettes and similar smoking devices. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A valid Credit/Debit card is required at check-in. Cash deposits are not accepted. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The credit or debit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
If reserving on behalf of someone else, the hotel must be contacted in advance to arrange for third party billing.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificate requests for complimentary rooms must be approved by the Director of Revenue, Director of Sales, or General Manager. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival and are based on availability. In addition, the original gift certificate must be presented and surrendered upon arrival.
