From October 17 to November 2, 2016, the swimming pool and pool area will be closed for maintenance. Dogs up to 40 pounds are permitted and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Beds are provided. Guests must sign a pet waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage. Pets are not to be left unattended in the guestroom.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The credit or debit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
If reserving on behalf of someone else, the hotel must be contacted in advance to arrange for third party billing.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. This non-smoking policy inlcudes electronic cigarettes and similar smoking devices. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
