Cheque Cashing Policy

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Occupancy Policy

The hotel can accommodate a maximum of four guests within one guest room. Extra adult charges may apply. Please note that there are no rollaway beds available at the hotel.

Pet Policy

The hotel allows one pet per guest room. A dog weighing up to 40 pounds (18 kilograms) or a cat is permitted. Each dog is provided with a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Dog Bed and a welcome pack that includes useful information and supplies. Please inform the hotel about an accompanying pet either at the time of booking your reservation or before your arrival. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A pet cannot be left in a guest room without supervision. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by an animal.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
