Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Disability Access Policy
The hotel has one disability accessible room which connects with a standard room. Wheelchairs are available. Please contact the concierge or guest service manager for assistance.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age for Registration Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Minors must check in with a guardian.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in between 7am and 3pm can be arranged based on availability. Guests checking-in before 7am will be charged for an additional night. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available for a 230 CNY charge per night. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children under the age of 17 stay free in existing bedding in the guest rooms.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests checking out between 12pm and 6pm will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate. Late checkouts after 6pm will be charged as an additional night's stay.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
