Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. The hotel has a total of 4 accessible guestrooms. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the availability of a wheelchair accessible room.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has connecting Deluxe and Club Floor rooms. Please contact the Reservations or Guest Services Departments directly for connecting room availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure is only allowed under special circumstances. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under can sleep free in existing room bedding. Adult rollaway and child rollaway beds may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations are subject to availability and are limited to certificate(s) issued by the hotel and the Starwood Privilege Program. The original voucher is required at time of check-in or the prevailing best available rate will apply.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, Chinese ID card and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available and is subject to availability. A half-day charge will apply for a check-out between 2pm and 6pm. A full-day charge will apply for a check-out after 6pm.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Third Party Payment
Third party credit card authorizations are not accepted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel public areas. The hotel provides a smoking floor and smoking rooms for guests.
