Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler’s checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Disability Access Policy
This hotel only has two accessible rooms. Guests who need an accessible room must inform the hotel at the time of reservation.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Policy
Personal and travelers checks are not accepted.
Dress Code
Guests must wear swimwear at the pools. Shoes are required in the fitness and spa areas. Swimwear is not allowed in the main restaurant, lobby or public areas.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay depending on the rate booked. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Guests requiring an early check-in must reserve the previous night and pay one full night's room rate plus taxes.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 years of age and under sleep free in existing bedding when shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Housekeeping Policy
Housekeeping service is provided daily. Guests must post "do not disturb" signage if the they do not want anybody to enter their room.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts from 1pm until 4pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 4:01pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Cash or credit cards are acceptable forms of payments.
Smoking Policy
All public spaces are non-smoking and a select few smoking guest rooms are available. Guests must arrange a smoking room in advance. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests who qualify for tax exemption must advise the hotel at the time of reservation and bring all tax exemption forms upon arrival.
