An adult 21 years or older must be present at check-in to register, provide payment and occupy the room(s). Person(s) under 21 will not be permitted to check-in. Additionally, children are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel (swimming pool included) when not accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel’s 34 connecting room pairs feature one king-size bed in each room, or a king bed in one room and two queen beds in the other room. Requests for connecting rooms will be accommodated based upon availability and are not guaranteed, even if a pre-arrival call has been placed to request connecting rooms. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests such as connecting rooms; however, the hotel is not able to predict specific room number availability in advance.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding should be requested through the Guest Services Department and will be accommodated based on availability.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Per the Fire Marshall, no more than 5 persons are permitted in any guestroom in the hotel at any time.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM local time. The Guest Services Department will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM; however, high occupancy periods and availability of specific room types can restrict the possibility of early check-in. Requests for early check-in may be accepted, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the the Guest Services Department directly for further information.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date that is confirmed at check-in. Fees may be up to 100% of the length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout is at 12pm local time. Requests for late checkout will be accommodated based on availability; however, these requests are not guaranteed and may incur an extra fee if available. Please contact the Guest Services Department directly for further information.
Alcohol purchased in the Lobby Bar and function/meeting space must remain in those areas. Alcohol may be consumed in guest rooms. No alcohol permited in public spaces and lobby.
All persons must wear shoes, shorts (at a minimum), and a shirt when in any public area of the hotel, including corridors. A bathing suit must be worn at the swimming pool area.
Dogs less than 40 pounds are allowed in specified guest rooms only. Only one dog per specified room is permitted; no other animals are allowed. Dogs must be accompanied by owners at all times on the hotel property and cannot be left unattended at any time. Dogs must be on leashes at all times while outside of the guest room, and are never permitted in the pool or restaurant/lounge areas (unless it is a licensed guide animal). A signed damage waiver is required at check-in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. Hotel observes quiet time on all guest floors begins at 10pm.Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales Department. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at Management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. The hotel does offer designated smoking areas around the perimeter of the building.
The hotel does not accept personal or business checks at the front desk or at any outlet. Please consult the hotel Sales/Catering Department directly regarding check payment at least three weeks in advance of an event or group arrival for payment of group or banquet/meeting charges. Checks are not accepted for payment on individual reservations.
Check cashing services are not available. The Guest Services Department can assist with locating nearby options for check cashing.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel Revenue Manager at (1)(402) 496-0850. The gift certificate must be pre-approved prior to booking and presented at check-in.
