Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not guaranteed and need to be requested. A Deluxe Suite can connect with a Traditional King or Traditional Double. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one rollaway bed is allowed per room and a nightly fee will apply. Cribs are complimentary.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Room rates are based on two adults; however, the maximum occupancy for all room types is four persons. Fees apply for extra adults.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are based on availability.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability. The fee for checkout between 2pm and 4pm is half the room rate. The fee for checkout after 4pm is the full room rate.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is only available to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). No outside food or beverage is allowed to be consumed in our public areas unless purchased through hotel venues.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available. Please contact the hotel directly for referral services.
In the case of a state or county evacuation order, cancellation fees will be waived.
Facility Use Policy
Only registered guests will have access to the indoor pool, whirlpool spa, and fitness center. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Wristbands are required for every guest entering the pool.

Package Handling Policy
A package handling fee may be charged for incoming packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs 40 lbs or less are permitted.
All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty.
We take your right to peace and quiet during your stay very seriously. Guests garnering complaints about noise or disturbances on the property will be asked to leave.
Parties, of any kind, in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 10pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department. Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
The hotel provides 24-hour security and some facilities are reserved for use by registered guests only.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy
The hotel does not accept personal checks for payment or provide check cashing services.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. Guests paying by credit card must present a valid credit card in their name at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
All guests will be required to present a valid Debit or Credit card in the guest name which will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged or if balance is paid in cash. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
