Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Check Policy
The resort does not accept personal checks for payment or provide check cashing services.
Early Departure Policy
In the event a guests must depart prior to their scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Early Arrival Policy
An additional charge of USD $50 will apply to confirm check-in before 3pm hotel time. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs are complimentary during your stay and are subject to availability. Restrictions may apply to specific room types.
Family Plan Policy
A maximum of two adults and two children under 12 years old can be accommodated in our guest rooms. Children four years and under sleep free with parents in existing room. Additional charge of USD $50 apply for children between 5 to 11 years old sharing a room with their parents. Extra person rates and special conditions apply for children 12 years and older.
Late Checkout Policy
An additional charge of USD $50 will apply to confirm checkout after 12pm hotel time. Late checkout is subject to availability upon departure. Restrictions may apply.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Reservation Policy
The hotel may enforce special event policies over high demand dates such as holidays, sporting events, annual festivals, or other citywide events.
A deposit is required to cover potential incidental charges (telephone calls, in-room movies, laundry, etc.) upon check-in. Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon checkout.
Smoking Policy
The resort is 100% smoke-free. Designated smoking areas are located outside the resort.
