Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check in to a room.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited amount of connecting rooms. Connecting rooms can be requested; however, they are subject to availability at check in.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to local firecodes, the hotel is not able to accomodate requests for rollaway beds in rooms with two double beds.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals cannot be confirmed. They are subject to availability and will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
Early Departure Policy
Guests must verify the departure date at time of check in. If check out is different, guests must initial the change at the time of registration. Guests departing earlier then the confirmed departure at check in may incur an early departure fee.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or a government issued ID.
All guests that require access to the guest room must register at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
The standard checkout time is 12pm. Guest requiring additional time should inquire with the front desk. Late checkouts are subject to additional charges:
Until 2pm, no charge
2pm - 4pm, 50 USD
After 4pm, one day charge
Guests are required to visit the Front Desk to have their room key re-validated.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. Ten ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Shirts and shoes are required in all public areas within the hotel.
Meeting Room Policy
Use of hotel meeting rooms must be scheduled in advance and requires a hotel agreement signed by a hotel sales representative. There is a charge to use hotel meeting rooms for all guests.
Package Handling Policy
Package handling fees may apply for packages that:
are more than 25 pounds
number more than 3 per guest at one time
arrive at the hotel more than two days prior to the arrival date

One dog 35 pounds and under is allowed per room. Cats are not allowed. There is a fee of 25 USD per day. Pets are not permitted in the meeting rooms, fitness center, bar/lounge or the restaurants. Pets must always be on a leash. An additional 250 USD cleaning fee may apply. Kennels are available within 2 miles/10 minutes of the hotel. A pet waiver must be signed at the time of check-in.
The hotel has designated pet friendly guestrooms. They and may not be available upon arrival if the request is not noted in the reservation.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited except for designated areas outside the hotel. A 250 USD per day charge will apply to any guest that smokes in a guestroom.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is available to registered guests for up to $50 per day with valid identification and established credit at the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
All guests must check-in with a valid credit or debit card. Guest using debit cards must advise the front desk at check in. The hotel is not responsible for any penalties due to the use of or access to debit cards.
Debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus 50 USD per day to cover incidentals.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may only be used with advance reservations and must be approved by the office of the General Manager.
