ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information please call (808) 921-4646.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day. and $500 per week (stay).
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 50% of one night's room revenue. Please contact the hotel for further information.
"Stay at One, Dine at All"
As of July 1, 2005, the Starwood Maui "Stay at One, Dine at All" program has been modified. Guests may continue to utilize restaurants and spa facilities and have signing privileges at all three resorts; however, pool privileges have been removed from the program. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Resort Charge Policy
Guest will be charged a daily $31.25 USD fee. This includes toll free and credit card calls (up to 60 minutes), local calls, High Speed Internet Access, free self-parking, Hawaiian activities daily, including Hawaiian arts & crafts and hula lessons.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are 100% non-smoking including balconies/lanais, all food & beverage outlets, and public areas. Nearest smoking area is the beach or parkway.
