Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Please contact the front desk for assistance or questions about our facilities.
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel accepts dogs that weigh 80 pounds or less. A Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed, Sheraton dog bowl and mat, "dog in room" sign, and a pet welcome kit are all provided. All guests with pets will need to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. All smoking areas are located outside of the hotel. A $250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

The credit card that was used for a prepaid reservation must be presented at check-in. If it is not, the guest will be asked for a new form of payment.
