Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two double beds. A maximum of one rollaway bed, with a fee, is allowed in king bedded guestrooms.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy for the majority of the guestrooms is four. Guest rooms will accommodate two adults and two children (12 years and under).
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in cannot be confirmed. It is subject to availability upon arrival. An early arrival fee of 50 USD applies to guests who are granted early check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 50 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date that is confirmed at check-in.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
A late checkout fee of 50 USD applies for all guests who depart their room after 12pm.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
A maximum of two dogs; 30 pounds or less, are allowed. Dogs must be on a leash and under their owner’s control at all times. Pets cannot be left in the guest room alone. For the safety of our guests and staff, breeds that are prone to aggressive behavior will not be permitted within the hotel unless they are service animals. A credit card must be on file for guests that have pets. Please contact the hotel directly for more information prior to check-in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel does not allow parties in any of the guest rooms. A maximum of four people are allowed in a room at one time. Excessive noise and other disturbances may result in eviction from the property and forfeiture of that night’s stay.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemption forms are issued by DGII (General Direction of Internal Taxes) and must be presented at check-in. The forms must satisfy the requirements set forth by the Dominican Republic.
