From December 16, 2013 until April 2, 2014, the pool will be closed for renovations. Please contact the front desk for alternate pool facilities in the local area and for additional information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available. Please contact the concierge for referral services.
Check-cashing services are available to registered guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day. SPG Gold guests may cash checks of up to $200 per stay, and SPG Platinum guests may cash up to $300 per stay. Requests are subject to cash availability.
An ATM is also available inside the hotel.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested in advance. Please call the hotel and speak directly with either Reservations or Front Office Management. We will do our best to work with all guests to provide satisfactory accommodation arrangements.
A room with one king bed can connect to a room with two double beds, and a parlor or hospitality suite can connect to a room with one king bed or two double beds. Please note that connecting rooms are separated by double doors, while adjacent rooms are side by side but are separated by a wall.
Swimwear is not permitted in the lobby area.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly by phone or email email@example.com. Gift certificates are valid only for this location.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Valid photo identification is also required to issue duplicate room keys or cash checks. Acceptable forms of identification must be government issued.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout after this time may incur a full night's charge plus tax. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Meeting Room Policy
Use of meeting rooms must be confirmed through the Sales office.
Please be advised that the hotel does not allow parties in any of the guest rooms and there is a maximum of 5 people allowed in any of the guest rooms at any one time. Having a party or creating a disturbance in any of our guest rooms may result in the eviction from the premises and forfeiture of that night’s stay.
Property Damage Policy
Guests will be responsible for any property damages caused in a guest room or public area. Fees will be charged based on the damages that occurred.
Dogs up to 75 pounds are allowed. The hotel has designated dog floors and amenities available.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemptions will be applied upon checkout. Proper tax-exemption forms are required to have the qualified tax amount adjusted.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
