Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room, due to hotel having a bar.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms, separated by common double doors, are available but not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please contact the hotel directly for arrangements.
A room with one king bed can connect to a room with two double beds, and a parlor or hospitality suite can connect to a room with one king bed or two double beds.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rooms with a king-size bed can accommodate an additional bed. Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee. Cribs are available on a complimentary basis; limit one per room.
Please note that rooms with double beds cannot accommodate a third bed (crib or rollaway).
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability at check-in. Check-in prior to 12pm will incur a 50 USD fee. Check-in after 12pm will be allowed at no extra fee.
Early Departure Policy
Early departure prior to the confirmed checkout date will be charged 50 USD.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Valid photo identification is also required to issue duplicate room keys or cash checks. Acceptable forms of identification must be government issued.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout after this time may incur a full night's charge plus tax. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. Several accessible guest room types are available. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Reservation cancellation penalties will be waived in the event of weather-related emergencies causing hazardous driving conditions or airline cancellations.
Swimwear is not permitted in the lobby area.
Facility Use Policy
The pool and Sheraton Fitness are for registered guest's use only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Guests will be responsible for any property damages caused in a guest room or public area. Fees will be charged based on the damages that occurred.
Package Handling Policy
A package handling fee applies for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for exact fees.
Dogs up to 80 pounds are permitted in pet-designated rooms on the 4th floor only. Cats are not permitted. Only Traditional rooms are available to accommodate pets. Club and Riverview rooms are not located on the 4th floor.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please be advised that the hotel does not allow parties in any of the guest rooms and there is a maximum of 5 people allowed in any of the guest rooms at any one time. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Sales Department. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, the guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 250 USD will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Gift certificates are valid only for this location.
We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Tax Exempt Policy
A matching tax exemption form and method of payment along with a valid ID must be presented at the time of check in.
