Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests who check out before their reservation’s scheduled departure date. Guests may change their date of departure without penalty until midnight on their day of arrival. After midnight, a fee of up to one night’s room rate plus tax will apply. The hotel is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available and feature handrails, lowered sinks, raised toilet seats, and roll-in showers.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy

Pets weighing up to 80 pounds are allowed. A refundable deposit of 75 USD is due at check-in. Guests must also sign a waiver at check-in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check cashing services are available to SPG Platinum guests who present valid photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
