The hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per day with a maximum amount of 300 USD per stay. Other conditions may apply.
Cribs and child rollaway beds are available upon request at no charge. Adult rollaway beds are available for a fee. A maximum of one extra bed is permitted per room. Rollaway beds cannot be added to rooms that have two beds or to ADA / TDD compliant guest rooms due to local regulations.

The hotel accepts dogs that weigh 80 pounds or less. A Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Dog Bed, Sheraton dog bowl and mat, "dog in room" sign, and a pet welcome kit are all provided. All guests with pets will need to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.
A credit and debit card must be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus 40% for taxes and incidentals. For prepaid reservations, the authorization amount is 100 USD. Cash deposits are not accepted. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking areas are located outside of the hotel. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Most guests must pay tax on lodging in Minnesota, even if they hold a tax-exempt status. The main exception to this rule is for lodging billed directly to and paid for by the federal government and its agencies.
