Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds may incur extra charges and subject to availability. Cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Guests 13 years of age and older will be considered as an adult for any applicable resort charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. To guarantee an early check-in, please confirm the room reservation on the prior night at the best available rate.
Early Departure Policy
The resort reserves the right to charge the full stay to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Please contact the resort for further information.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Check-out time is 12pm. However, we will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, which are subject to availability. For checkouts from 12pm until 3pm, the fee will be 100 WST plus tax. For checkouts from 3pm to 6pm, the fee will be 200 WST plus tax. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged one night's room rate plus taxes.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
In the unlikely event of a tsunami, a warning siren will sound throughout the resort. Resort staff will assist and guide guests to a safe area on higher ground.
Please note that swimwear is not permitted in the restaurants. Guests’ attire in the resort’s public areas should be respectful of local customs.
Cashless and Cash Advance Policy
The resort’s restaurants and bars are cashless and will charge expenses to the guest room folio. In addition, the resort does not offer cash advances to guests, vendors and suppliers. ATMs are available near the resort's reception area.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted. Please notify the resort in advance.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The resort runs a 24-hour security service. Outside visitors are welcome at the resort’s restaurants and bars but are requested to be offsite by midnight.
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. The restaurants and bars are also non-smoking; however there are designated smoking areas within the resort. Please contact the resort for further information.

No personal or business checks are accepted.
Credit Card Policy
A 3% credit card surcharge will apply on transactions made by credit card.
American Express credit cards are not accepted in Samoa, so we strongly that guests carry other credit cards.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
At check-in, all guests must provide a method of payment for incidental charges of 100 WST per room per night, in addition to full accommodation charges. A credit card is preferred, but a cash deposit is acceptable. If accommodation charges have been prepaid, the accommodation does not need to be charged again, however a fee of 100 WST per room per night is still required.
This preauthorization amount is based on an average of what most guests spend daily at our resort, and covers charges that may be incurred during one’s stay. Such charges may include but are not limited to dining venues, room service, movies, High Speed Internet Access, telephone, spa, golf, and retail purchases. Restaurants, bars, and the spa are cashless venues, with the exception of The Tea Lounge. Any charges incurred at these venues must be charged back to one’s room or can be paid by credit card directly at the venue.
If room charges exceed the preauthorization amount at any time during a stay, guests will be asked to settle the account at the front desk, and an additional pre-authorization will be taken for the remainder of their stay.
While no funds will be transferred from a credit card account to the hotel until checkout, the credit card company will reserve this amount as a guarantee to the hotel, which may limit the credit available for other purchases. If a guest chooses an alternate method of payment to settle a bill at checkout, the credit card company may take several days to cancel the preauthorization. The resort has no control over this process and is not responsible for any resulting fees. If a cash deposit is provided at check-in, the unused balance will be refunded at checkout.
