Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Special Conditions
Hotel Closure: July 8, 2013 - April 30, 2014
From July 8, 2013 until April 30, 2014, all guestrooms and public areas in the hotel will be closed to the public for a renovation project. The hotel is scheduled to reopen on May 1, 2014. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal cheques are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.

Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Guests arriving prior to the standard check-in time can arrange early check-in for a fee. The fee will depend on the arrival time and can be confirmed by contacting our reservations department directly at (971)(4) 2071203 or reservationsdubaiuae@sheraton.com
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of departure. For late checkouts between 1pm and 6pm, the fee is 60 AED per hour. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
Lost and Found Policy
As per local authority requirements, any valuables left behind by a guest will be handed over to Dubai Police if unclaimed within 6 months from check-out date.
- Any perishable items or items risking contamination will be discarded immediately as per local authority directives.
- All non-perishable items or valuable items will be held by the hotel for 6 months after the guest's check-out date.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel's Reservations Department at least 7 business days prior to the guest's arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Please note: this transaction is also subject to the hotel's credit manager's approval.
Smoking Policy
Due to high occupancy levels, rooms booked as smoking or non-smoking at the time of reservation may not always be available at check-in. We will do our very best to provide you with the room type originally booked.
Visa/Passport Policy
For nationalities requiring entry visas, processing requires approximately 3-4 working days, subject to the approval of immigration. The processing fee is non-refundable once submitted. Please contact the hotel's reservations department for further information.
