Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Early Arrival Policy
Guests checking into the hotel prior to the allowed check-in time will be charged a fee, depending on the check-in time. For check-ins between 5am - 9am, the fee will be equal to 100% of the room rate plus taxes. From 9am - 12pm, the fee will be equal to 50% of the room rate, or 25% during July/August and Ramadan. Subject to availability of room upon arrival.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing bedding.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts between 2pm - 6pm, the fee will be equal to 25% of the nightly room rate plus tax. For checkouts between 6pm - 9pm the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 9pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Payment Policy
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel's Reservations Department at least 7 business days prior to the guest's arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Please note: this transaction is also subject to the hotel's credit manager's approval.
Smoking Policy
Due to high occupancy levels, rooms booked as smoking or non-smoking at the time of reservation may not always be available at check-in. We will do our very best to provide you with the room type originally booked.
Visa/Passport Policy
For nationalities requiring entry visas, processing requires approximately 2-3 working days, subject to the approval of immigration. The processing fee is non-refundable once submitted. Please contact the hotel's reservations department for futher information.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel's Reservations Department directly to be placed on the waitlist.
