Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
One dog up to 40 pounds is allowed per room. A non-refundable deposit of $25 per stay is required. Dogs can not be left unattended in the guest room. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by the dog. If damage is found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There is a charge of $200 for a smoking cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is present.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Company checks are accepted less then one month prior, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms, except from organizations with pre-existing accounts with the hotel.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
