Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate and tax.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for a fee of 20 USD.
Cribs are available for free. The hotel provides disposable blankets, however does not provide crib bumpers or pillows.

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One pet weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times on a leash or in a crate. A pet may not be left in a room without an owner present. A waiver must be signed at check-in. Guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card must be provided at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. Guests paying in cash must provide a deposit at check-in equal to the room, tax and $75 per day.

The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
