Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Babysitting Policy
Babysitting services are not available.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available for SPG members only. There is a limit of $200. A valid ID is required.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee is levied for guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date at check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel does not provide rollaways for rooms that have double beds.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
The Sheraton Raleigh Hotel does not accept pets.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms at the hotel are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged directly to the guest's bill for smoking in any guest room.
