Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Acceptance Policy

The hotel does not accept Traveler's cheques, American Express or Diners Card as a method of payment. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Credit Card Policy

The American Express® Card and Diners Card are not accepted for payment.

Crib Policy

Cribs are provided upon request, free of charge. The Sheraton Lagos Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Only seeing eye dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

Third party credit card payments are not accepted. This includes corporate credit cards where a signatory is not present. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
