Extra Bedding Policy
Cots are available upon request for a nightly fee and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate a cot. Cribs are available free of charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding.
The hotel does not offer waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
While we are pleased to accommodate early departures, a fee equal to 50% of one night's room rate will apply.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport and/or proof of age card. Additionally a valid credit card will also be required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout requests are subject to availability. For late checkouts between 12pm and 4pm a fee equal to 50% of one night’s room rate will apply. For late checkouts after 4pm, a fee equal to 100% of one night’s room rate will apply.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer a listing of local babysitting services available through a third-party vendor. Hotel guests are responsible for making babysitting arrangements directly with third party vendor. For liability reasons, the hotel cannot make babysitting arrangements for hotel guests.
Refrigerator and Microwave Policy
Refrigerators and microwaves are available for a fee and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Refrigerators and microwaves may be requested in advance; however due to limited availability, they cannot be confirmed prior to arrival. Requests will be honored based upon availability at the time of check-in.
Bicycles are not allowed in guestrooms.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel is delighted to welcome pets. We permit one pet (18kg/40lbs or less) per guest room or suite. Please note that pets must be kept under constant supervision and will be accepted at hotel manager’s discretion. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make arrangements.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area. Children under 16 are not permitted in the whirlpool.
Health & Well-Being Policies
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all guests, the hotel does not permit parties of any kind in any of our guest rooms or suites. A maximum of four guests is permitted in a suite at any one time.
All guest rooms, suites and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 200 CAD plus taxes will be charged to any guest who violates the non-smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Upon check out, incurred fees may be paid by dedit card or cash.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted. Gift certificate must be presented at check-in. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room and tax plus, an amount to cover incidentals. Cash payments will only be accepted with a valid credit card authorization, upon departure.
For payment arrangement to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel’s Reservation department at least 72 business hours prior to guest’s arrival. Authorization forms will not be sent within 72 hours of arrival.
