Beginning May 7, 2018 until May 14, 2018, Disney's Friendship Boat service is only available to Epcot, Disney's Boardwalk, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club resorts. Bus service will be provided to Disney's Hollywood Studios during this time.
Beginning May 14, 2018 Disney's Friendship Boat service will be temporarily suspended and not operational until May 25, 2018. Bus service will be provided to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check in to a room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
All suites are confirmed directly with the resort. Please contact the Swan and Dolphin Reservations Center at (800) 227-1500 for suite availability.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
In the event you wish to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, a charge of one (1) night's room and tax will be applied to your account. Please inform the Front Desk of changes in your departure by midnight on the day of arrival.
Late Checkout Policy
Late Checkouts are subject to availability. Please note the following fees:
Between 11am and 12pm: Complimentary
Between 12pm and 2pm: 40 USD + tax
Between 2pm and 4pm: 99 USD + tax
After 4pm: One night room rate, tax and Resort Service Package

The Walt Disney World Dolphin is proud to offer a refreshing, smoke- free environment to our guests. Designated smoking locations are available directly off main lobby. Smoking on guest room and balconies is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if it is apparent that smoking occurred in the guest room or on the balcony.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests. There is a limit of $100 per day and $250 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
