Connecting Room Policy
We offer 26 connecting rooms. Connecting combinations are available in Classic, Castle View, Club and Club Castle View rooms. Suites do not interconnect. Please call the hotel directly to make your request.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not available. Cribs are provided upon request free of charge. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.

Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early check-in, upon request and subject to availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's charge may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please speak with the Front Desk directly to make arrangements. A one night fee may be applicable.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout, upon request and subject to availability. Fees may apply.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.

Foreign bank checks are not accepted. Euro and travelers cheques are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
Please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

All direct billing must first be approved by our Accounts Department. The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
