Family Plan Policy
Maximum of two children (12 and under) sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. There is a maximum of 1 rollaway bed per room.
Maximum number of guests in a room is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults with an additional rollaway bed. The maximum number of guests in a suite is two (2) adults.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
An early arrival fee of FJ $70 plus government taxes applies for guests wishing to access their room prior to standard check-in time of 3pm without pre-registration. Early access to guest rooms without pre-registration is subject to availability at time of arrival.
Early Departure Policy
Upon check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change this date without a penalty, if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged an early departure fee.
Valid identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is subject to availability on the day of departure and incurs a fee of FJ $99 plus taxes for access to the guest room until 6pm. Late check-out after 6pm incurs a fee equal to a full nights accommodation at the Best Available Rate of the day.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Cashless and Cash Advance Policy
The resort’s restaurants and bars are cashless and will charge expenses to the guest room folio.
In addition, the resort does not offer cash advances to guests, vendors and suppliers. ATMs are available near the hotel reception area.
Pets are not allowed, with exception of guide/service dogs. Prior arrangements need to be made with the resort. Please contact the Front Office Manager to make arrangements.

Credit Card Policy
A 3% administration fee applies to all transactions settled by a credit card or international debit card. This fee will be added to the transaction total.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy

At check-in, all guests must provide a method of payment for incidental charges of 150 FJD per adult per night, in addition to full accommodation charges. A credit card is preferred, but a cash deposit is acceptable. If accommodation charges have been prepaid, the accommodation does not need to be charged again, however a fee of 150 FJD per adult per night is still required.
This preauthorization amount is based on an average of what most guests spend daily at our resort, and covers charges that may be incurred during one’s stay. Such charges may include but are not limited to dining venues, room service, movies, High Speed Internet Access, telephone, spa, golf, and retail purchases. Restaurants, bars, and the spa are cashless venues, with the exception of the Fiji Premium Club House. Any charges incurred at these venues must be charged back to one’s room or can be paid by credit card directly at the venue.
If room charges exceed the preauthorization amount at any time during a stay, guests will be asked to settle the account at the front desk, and an additional pre-authorization will be taken for the remainder of their stay.
While no funds will be transferred from a credit card account to the hotel until checkout, the credit card company will reserve this amount as a guarantee to the hotel, which may limit the credit available for other purchases. If a guest chooses an alternate method of payment to settle a bill at checkout, the credit card company may take several days to cancel the preauthorization. The resort has no control over this process and is not responsible for any resulting fees. If a cash deposit is provided at check-in, the unused balance will be refunded at checkout.
