Babysitting/Child Care policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through the concierge during your stay. A minimum of 6 hours is required. A fee will apply.

Connecting Room Policy
A total of 138 connecting rooms are available throughout the hotel. Rooms with a king bed connect to a room with two double beds. To confirm availability please contact the hotel direclty at email@example.com. Please note, connecting rooms are not available on floors 1 - 3.
Credit Card Policy
A cardholder must be present for the hotel to accept a credit card for payment. Otherwise, the cardholder must complete and submit a credit card mail order form.To request a form please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Completed forms must be faxed to (32)(2) 2243777.
Early Departure Policy
Prepaid reservations are non-modifiable and unused portions are non-refundable.
For non-prepaid reservations, an early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. For further information, please email email@example.com.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is always on a by request basis. If the guest would like a guaranteed early check-in, the room should be reserved for the night before as well.
Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge). Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate please contact Marie-Anne Paolillo at (32)(2) 224 3109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. For gift certificate bookings, a copy of the gift certificate is required at the time of reservation and the original gift certificate is required upon check-in.
Small pets (cats and dogs only) up to 40 pounds are allowed in the room. Pets stay free of charge; however, a deposit of 250 EUR is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All public areas in the hotel are non-smoking. However, around 26 designated smoking guest rooms are available. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
All guests must present a valid Visa/Passport/ID card upon check-in for security purposes. No copy will be taken.
