As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Seasonal Splash Cove/Pool Bar Closures: September - May
Splash Cove and the pool bar at the resort are open seasonally. Splash Cove closes after Labor Day and the pool bar closes at the end of September. Both reopen by May (weather permitting). All other amenities at the resort are open for guest use year-round. Please contact the resort for further information.
Reception & Check-In Area Refresh: Sep. 18 – Dec 18, 2017
From September 18 to December 18, 2017, the reception building and check-in area will be undergoing a refresh. During this time, the check-in area will be moved to an adjacent area near the main lobby building. Signage will direct guests to the temporary check-in area. Please contact the resort for further information.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change). Call Starwood toll free at 800-325-3535 (U.S. & Canada).
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside the villas, as well as on the balconies and corridors. Smoking inside the villa may result in a cleaning charge of 250 USD. Smoking is also prohibited on pool decks and enclosed surroundings, all recreational areas, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and other activity areas. Designated smoking areas are available around the resort and is indicated by signage.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available with a limit of $50, based on fund availability. Other conditions may apply.
