Starwood Preferred Guest Information

As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.

Regarding Free Night Awards:

  • Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
  • Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
  • Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership hotel or resort.

Seasonal Splash Cove/Pool Bar Closures: September - May

Splash Cove and the pool bar at the resort are open seasonally. Splash Cove closes after Labor Day and the pool bar closes at the end of September. Both reopen by May (weather permitting). All other amenities at the resort are open for guest use year-round. Please contact the resort for further information.

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available with a limit of $50, based on fund availability. Other conditions may apply.

Early Arrival Policy

We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change). Call Starwood toll free at 800-325-3535 (U.S. & Canada).

Housekeeping

All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

Pet Policy

In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. 

Smoking Policy

Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
