As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check in to a room.
Extra Bedding Policy
Beginning January 1, 2018, in an effort to maintain the quality of our villas, the resort will no longer offer rollaway beds.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Alcoholic beverage consumption is restricted to those 21 years or older. While there is no bar or restaurant facility onsite, guests 21 and older are welcome to stock their villa with alcoholic beverages.
Golf Course Policy
The resort does not own or operate the golf courses and is not responsible for occasional closures or maintenance. To confirm a tee time or to inquire about maintenance schedules, please contact the golf course management directly before your arrival.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
As a villa property with fully equipped kitchens and all the conveniences of home, there are no restaurants or lounges on-site. There are a variety of grocery stores within a few miles of the resort. in addition, there are a number of restaurants that are within walking distance.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

Effective January 1, 2018, smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside the villas and on the balconies/lanais, the swimming pools, in the children’s play areas and at other public places. Smoking is only permitted in designated and marked smoking areas, which are available throughout the resort.
If signs of smoking are detected, a 250 USD fee will be applied to your folio.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per stay.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
