As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs, and Your24. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Maintenance Projects August 2014 - December 2015
From early September through November 2014, our Key West phase will undergo a maintenance project. Additionally, from August 2014 through December 2015, the St. Augustine phase will undergo a villa interior refresh and exterior painting
Both projects will be contained to one unoccupied building at a time so guests will not be affected during their stay.
Pool Slide Closure December 1 - 17, 2014
From December 1 through December 17, 2014, the St. Augustine Pool kids slide will be closed for maintenance. During this time the pool will remain open. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant villas are available and should be reserved in advance by calling the resort directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are not available.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend guests reserve their villa for the night prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly to make arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are pleased to provide complimentary cribs as well as rollaway beds (for a fee). Please note that only One-Bedroom Premium Villas and Two-Bedroom Villas can accommodate a rollaway bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please fax a copy of the gift certificate along with the guest's name, address, phone number, and desired redemption dates and accommodations to (407) 903-4302, or call (800) 583-6170, ext. 7.
Resort rates are available with or without housekeeping. Guests who opt for housekeeping service will receive a complete villa cleaning each day of their stay and a bed linen change every third day. Additional linen changes can be added for a nominal fee. Guests who opt out of housekeeping service may add it at a later date, for a fee. Please contact the resort for additional details.
Package Handling Policy
There is a per pound package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name as shown on the future reservation. Please contact the resort for additional details.
Pets are not allowed.
Our resort is smoke free. While designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort, smoking is prohibited in all villas, on balconies and terraces, and in enclosed areas around the pools and children’s play areas. A fee of 250 USD will be charged to any guest who smokes in smoke-free zones.
