As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Through December 2015, the St. Augustine phase of the resort will undergo a villa interior refresh as well as exterior painting.
Maintenance will be contained to one unoccupied building at a time so guests will not be affected during their stay.

From October 5 to October 26, 2015, the St. Augustine Pool will be closed for refurbishment, although the adjacent waterslide will remain open. The Main Pool, the Key West Pool and the kids play area will remain open as well. Please contact the resort for further information.
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant villas are available and should be reserved in advance by calling the resort directly.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check cashing services are not available.
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend guests reserve their villa for the night prior to arrival. Please contact the resort directly to make arrangements.
We are pleased to provide complimentary cribs as well as rollaway beds (for a fee). Please note that only One-Bedroom Premium Villas and Two-Bedroom Villas can accommodate a rollaway bed.

Resort rates are available with or without housekeeping. Guests who opt for housekeeping service will receive a complete villa cleaning each day of their stay and a bed linen change every third day. Additional linen changes can be added for a nominal fee. Guests who opt out of housekeeping service may add it at a later date, for a fee. Please contact the resort for additional details.
The resort’s mail room accepts parcels for registered and arriving guests. Every parcel must be addressed to a registered guest or to the name on a future reservation. Parcels are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival and held up to 7 days after departure. Improperly addressed parcels will be returned to sender, as will those left for more than 7 days after departure.
A 10 USD handling fee will apply to each parcel weighing up to 10 pounds. An additional 1 USD per pound will be apply to each parcel weighing more than 10 pounds, with a maximum of 25 USD per parcel. Please contact the resort for additional details.
Pets are not allowed.
Our resort is smoke free. While designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort, smoking is prohibited in all villas, on balconies and terraces, and in enclosed areas around the pools and children’s play areas. A fee of 250 USD will be charged to any guest who smokes in smoke-free zones.
