As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Resort Renovation through February 2018
Through February 2018, the resort will undergo a room renovation. Guests will continue enjoying a signature level of personal service and villa rentals will continue uninterrupted during this time. The restaurants and retail outlets will remain open; however, the pool will be closed. Please contact the resort for more information.
Pool Closure: April 17 - November 17, 2017
From April 17 to November 17, 2017, the outdoor heated pool will be closed.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are only available upon request and are subject to availability. Connecting rooms may be guaranteed for an additional $25 per night. Please contact the resort directly to make these arrangements.
Travel Insurance Policy
All guests are urged to buy travel insurance for reservations during ski season. The resort does not make exceptions for weather related delays, unexpected illness or injury, unexpected work related obligations or other types of personal emergencies. Travel insurance is highly recommended for every reservation. The cost is 6.95% of the total reservation including tax. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees will be 100% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fee.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Per statewide ordinance, smoking is not permitted in the resort or within 10 feet outside of the resort. Smoking is also not permitted on resort balconies. There is a $500 cleaning fee for any guest who smokes in a room or on a balcony.
The resort does not offer check cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
Please note that a valid credit card is required at check-in for the room, tax, and incidentals. Guests paying in cash must provide a cash deposit equal to the room, tax, and 75 USD per day.

Tax Exempt Policy
Guests seeking tax exemption should provide a copy of the Tax Exemption Certificate at check-in, indicating the tax-exempt number along with a form of payment from the account of the tax-exempt organization.
