Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available upon request. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Fitness Center Admittance Policy
The fitness center is free to all hotel guests. Guests must be 18 years or older to use the fitness equipment and 10 years or older to enter the Jacuzzi.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Deposit Policy
The hotel may enforce special event policies over high demand dates such as some holidays, sporting events, annual festivals, or other citywide events. Event policies can include pre-payment/non-cancelable requirements for room reservations, restricted access to or from the hotel, and very limited parking. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire further about these policies.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Deparuture date must be confirmed at check-in to avoid an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Fire Safety Policy
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
Complimentary parking is available for all hotel guests. Parking lot is uncovered and well lit at night.
Pet Policy
Dogs no larger than 80 pounds and house cats are allowed in the hotel, but may not be left in the guest room unattended. Guests are responsible for any additional charges related to cleaning or disturbances and noise. A pet waiver must be signed at check-in.
Payment Policy
All cash-paying guests will be required to leave a $20 (per day) deposit upon check-in, which is to cover potential incidental charges (telephone calls, in-room movies, etc). Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon checkout.
Debit card users will have $20 per day deducted from their account, and the unused balance will be refunded to the guest. Depending upon the bank, it may take several days for the balance to appear in the guest’s checking account.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke free. Designated smoking areas can be found outside of the building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facility.
