Elevator Renovation: November 1, 2017 - March 1, 2018
Beginning November 1, 2017, the hotel will be renovating one of its elevators. The renovation is expected to be completed on March 1, 2018. During this time, other elevators remain available for guest use. Please contact the hotel's Executive Office at (1)(617) 547-4800 for further information.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly and speak with the Front Desk. Please also include a request when making your reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Hotel does offer a waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel does not guarantee a room being available prior to check-in (3pm). However, if a room becomes available earlier we would be happy to accommodate early check-in . Please note requested arrival time on reservation.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard check-out time is 12pm. Late checkouts may be arranged through the front desk and cannot be guaranteed.
ADA compliant guest rooms are available. If you have specific needs please contact the hotel and speak with the Front Desk.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Dogs weighing up to 80 pounds are allowed. Cats are not allowed. A waiver must be signed at check-in, but no deposit is necessary. Service animals are allowed, per the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that all non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If a noise complaint is reported and verified by our security team a warning will be issued. If further instances occur, management reserves the right to ask the guest to vacate the room. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Ask for the Executive Office.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. For cash paying guests, a deposit equal to the room rate, tax and $75 per day will be collected at check-in.
For payment arrangements to a third party credit card, please contact the hotel's accounting department at least 72 hours prior to guests arrival. Contact Diane Roust Monday-Friday at (617) 547-4800 ext 2021 or after hours ask for the Front Office Manager on Duty.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
The hotel accepts purchase orders. Please send the purchase order to the accounting department prior to guest’s arrival to ensure proper billing. If you have any questions please call (617) 547-4800 and ask for the accounting department.
