Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
Travellers checks are accepted for payment with proper ID.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available on floors 8 through 15. There are 4 connecting rooms per floor. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Early Arrival Policy

Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Nightly fee applies.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Refrigerator Policy
Refrigerators are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A one-time fee will apply.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed. Restrictions and a deposit may apply. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in their room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
