Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are not available.
Cancel Policy
Cancellation of individual room reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival date. The cancellation policy will vary based on the rate plan and/or booking date(s). Please see "Terms & Details" when checking availability.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification, with a limit of $50 per day. Checks are subject to approval from TeleCheck.
Credit Card Policy
The hotel does accept credit card authorization forms as a method of payment. The form must be received prior to check-in. Our standard form can be faxed or emailed to the guest upon receipt of a request at info@sheratonreston.com. We do require front and back copies of the credit card for processing.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure of $75 applies to guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Fire Safety Policy
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please contact the hotel directly to purchase or redeem gift certificates.
Special Event Policy
The Sheraton Reston Hotel may enforce special event policies over high demand dates such as some holidays, sporting events, annual festivals, or other citywide events. Event policies can include pre-payment/non-cancelable requirements for room reservations, restricted access to/from the hotel, and very limited parking. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire further about these policies.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed but may not be left in the guest room unattended. Also, dogs may not be larger than 80 pounds, and a pet waiver must be signed at check-in.
Payment Policy
All cash-paying guests will be required to leave a $50 (per day) deposit upon check-in, which is to cover potential incidental charges (telephone calls, in-room movies, etc.). Any remaining unused balance will be refunded to the guest upon checkout.
Debit card users will have $50 (per day) deducted from their account, and the unused balance will be refunded to the guest. However, depending on the bank, it may take several days for the balance to appear in the guest’s checking account.
Pool Policy
Our outdoor pool is available for guest use from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend between the hours of 10am and 8pm. A certified life guard is on duty during hours of operation. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoke-Free Policy
The Sheraton Reston Hotel is 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas outside of building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facility.
