From August 31 through September 23, 2018, the following parking charges will be in effect due to the Los Angeles County Fair:
Self-parking for registered hotel guest - starting at 15 USD per car/per night.
Valet parking for registered hotel guest - starting at 20 USD per car/per night.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Please contact the hotel to request connecting rooms, which cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. The hotel will do its best to accommodate requests.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $50 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Two dogs weighing up to 80 pounds each are allowed per room. A guest must sign a pet policy form at check-in. The hotel charges a non-refundable pet-cleaning fee of 50 USD. If damage is found after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel for further information.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
Please contact the hotel if you require a credit card authorization form for payment by a party other than the guest checking in. The authorization form must be received and processed at least five days prior to arrival; otherwise, the guest’s personal credit card will be charged at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, it must be booked directly with the hotel in advance. Gift certificate reservations cannot be booked online or through the central reservation office.

In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
