Sheraton Club Lounge

Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with the ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available; each features a king-size bed. Some ADA rooms connect to a room with two double beds. For assistance with portable communications kits or a wheelchair rental, please contact the front office.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guest must be 21 years old or older with valid identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel will cash checks of $50 maximum per day with a valid driver's license, up to a limit of $300 per stay.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are not guaranteed. Please contact the front desk prior to arrival to confirm availability.

Early Departure Policy

When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged an early departure fee.

Extra Bedding Policy

Due to fire code restrictions, rollaway beds can be accommodated in guest rooms with a king size bed only.  Rollaway beds are subject to availability.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed (no pet fee/deposit required), and guests are provided with amenities as part of the Sheraton "Love that Dog"(SM) program. Regrettably, no other pets are permitted. Our front desk is happy to help locate nearby kennel services.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in for room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and 200 USD will be collected at check-in.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 fee for cleaning will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
