Club guests also have access to the Sheraton Club Lounge. Welcoming guests from morning to night with a complimentary breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and snacks and beverages available throughout the day, it’s also a place to gather – with the team, with friends, and with family. Take care of business, with the high speed internet access, PC workstations, and office supplies for those last-minute needs, all at no charge. Then, on to more fun business like letting the day melt away on our Massage Chair, or gathering with a few friends around our 42” flat-screen TVs.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not accept personal or third party checks.
Connecting Rooms Policy
On each floor of the hotel, a limited number of guest rooms with a king-size bed can connect to a room with two double beds. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed and must be requested at the time of booking or by contacting the hotel directly.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 50 CAD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-ins can be requested while making your reservation, or by contacting the Front Desk prior to your arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra charges apply for rollaways or cots.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please contact the hotel's main telephone number for further assistance.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts up to 4pm are available upon request for a surcharge of $50.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are welcome. Please let us know if your pet will be accompanying you either at the time of booking your reservation or prior to your arrival.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $200 per day to cover incidentals will be collected at check-in.
All third-party credit card payments and credit card authorizations must be completed over the phone (forms are no longer available). To arrange payment with a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival. Contact the Manager on Duty by calling (905) 672-7000.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
