Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select King rooms. Due to local fire safety regulations, extra beds are not permitted in rooms with two beds.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee equal to half of one night's room and tax will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One dog up to 50 pounds is allowed per room. Restrictions and deposit may apply. No other pets are permitted in rooms.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations are subject to availability and must be booked through the Front Desk. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
A request for a credit card authorization must include a photocopy of the credit card and must be faxed to the hotel’s secure fax number. After being processed, faxes with credit card photocopies are securely shredded. For more information, please contact the hotel’s management.
