Windows Restaurant Renovations: June 2 - August 6, 2014
From June 2nd through August 6, 2014, Windows All Day Restaurant will be closed for renovations. On weekdays during this closure, an a la carte breakfast and lunch service with be offered in Carver’s Steakhouse while a buffet breakfast will be available on select weekend dates. Lunch and dinner service will continue to be available in 6Twelve Lounge. Room Service will not be affected by this closure. River Country Water Park Closure: Sept 22 - Oct 10, 2014
From September 22nd until October 10, 2014, River Country Water Park will be closed for renovations. The water park will re-open on October 10th, although only the main pool, kid's pool and hot tubs will be available. The waterslide will re-open on November 17th, 2014. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability and can only be confirmed at the property. The following configurations are possible.
- Traditional 2 Double Queen with Traditional 2 Double Queen
- Traditional Single Queen with Traditional Single Queen
- Traditional Single King connects with Traditional Single Queen with double pullout sofa couch
- Executive Single King Riverview with Deluxe Single King Riverview
- Executive Single King with double pullout sofa couch with Traditional Single Queen
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
All guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
Hotel accepts dogs only. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. Dog beds are based on availabillity.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms for payment of guest rooms. The card holder must present government issued photo identification and the credit card must be physically swiped at check-in.
Non-guest pool parties and large group gatherings must be booked with the pool manager.
Hotel guests are allowed up to 4 swimmers per hotel room. All extra persons must be pre-approved and pre-booked with the pool management. Charges will apply to all additional people. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Outside food and beverage is not allowed into the waterpark without the pool manager's approval.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
